Thanks Criag. I did keep thinking about Waddington every time a hawk turned up. Neither C-17 (RAF / USAF) flew due to operational commitments, which was fine by me but some member of the crowd did grumble :mad: Anybody would think there's a war on.

Unfortunately i was unable to go to RIAT this year but i was able to talk to some one who was going :)

On our way back from a week away in Devon me and Mrs Scott stayed at some friends who's husband is in the AAC and i was lucky enough to get on to Middle Wallop and meet WO2 Clive Richardson who is part of the Blue Eagles display team and get a tour of a Apache before they headed of to RIAT.

It was a quick tour but enjoyable at the same time, I only have a few pics and the lighting was not the best here hear are two for you guys
