Eagle Day to bombing the Reich

Apologies, as this isn't a flight sim per se, but I was hard pressed to find a more suitable section for it.

Stumbled across a Strategic bombing game, in fact two in the same packaging Eagle Day covers the Battle of Britain, whilst Bombing the Reich involves....err. bombing Germany.

Looks like an absorbing game, although the write up suggests graphics aren't the best, with strategic games you never usually do get more than the old 'counters' board games approach.

I must admit to having a greater affinity to these strategic games than the shoot em up or flight sims, as I'm more a planner than a quick reflexes type. :D Read on if you are interested in a detailed write up and you want to know more about the game

Have found the official Matrix website, and It's available in the UK through their distributors.

Select buy, and then UK. Available in various options e.g. download, hard copy.

Incidentally a few screenshots shown. God, this looks like the ultimate aerial strategic game!

It's supposed to have a pilot database of 18,000 pilots!!!!! :eek:
