Thanks Sniper :) Also, Oxford Diecast are making a ready made N gauge (approx. 1/148) Land-Rover, initially in 'sand' I believe.......may look rather nice with the early livery Corgii Hercules ;)

Bought some vehicle via ebay from DM-toys, think some pre-pros that they didn't produce furthermore

For me it's refreshing to see a range that is modern and even better does not have the usual Nazi model bias,I like the BW Model range for exactly the same reasons.

Matador Models do various RAF GSE based upon the Albion Truck Platform, these are 1/144 resin kits. Not cheap but high qaulity peices.

Also,

Wargames South do a range of British (and other nationalities) Softskins, these are 1/144 White metal kits. There is a particulary nice little Austin Tilly 10HP utility van, bedfords etc.

It seems to me that there is a bit more available as far as ground support vehicles for post-war set-ups than there is for WWII -- unless I'm missing something.

I have found various post war bits'n'bobs in N scale to co-ordinate with my 1:144 collections, and even more in OO scale to work in with my 1:72 post war groupings. But there seems very little in the latter scale for WWII groups short of the aforementioned kits. Rather disappointing that no diecast maker of vehicles has stepped up to the plate and offered us WWII refuellers, ground service vehicles, bomb trolleys, etc., in 1:72.

RAF for me, please and thank you. :)
