does anyone know an actual release date for this a/c?
one site says one thing the another something else!!!!!
is there any hope?
this isnt very good when you have to budget each month for the a/c you have bought and corgi dont release it when they say.
very upsetting

Still no confirmed news Im affraid. I can tell you its deffinatley not next week (W/E 1/4/05) as the only aviation releases next Friday are US ones:-
US51206 - Cobra Helicopter
US34013 - "Jerks Natural" Liberator
Here's hoping for maybe the next release after that!!!!

Well I'm a bit pi*sed off now because if the planned release date of March had figured out, I could have got one here and bought it home with me next week. :( Still I did get the RAF Gulf War Chinook HC1. :)

Scrounger,
Whilst at Corgi HQ I did ask Mr Corgi about the long awaited chinook "Guns a Go Go" which you asked me to ask about. Mr Corgi said that it should be with us within the next few weeks/month. The Chinook is manufactured, Mr Corgi confirmed that.
Hope that gives you a little more hope. :)

Agent,
Now it makes sense. A Chinook production run has been completed for the BA and the 'Go Go' Chinook. I hope Corgi don't mess this one up and equip the BA version with miniguns!!!

The real problem is they keep bringing out schemes for the US market ( chink , shu-shu etc . ) hoping to make an impact , they sell about 90 ( 67 sold to British clients via FM probably ) . Then ship the rest over here anyway to sell . They need to realize America apparently not that interested in their product , change marketing strategy accordingly ( no more silver stangs / blue corsairs would be a start ) .
