Noticed a few f these for sale occasionally. They're made of wood and also quite expensive. Has anyone seen any up c;ose or actually own any? Are they any good?

in the Philipinnes and are of solid Mahogany have only seen the Vulcan (in MZ)
and a Tomcat the paint finish on both was very good-but as you say a tad expensive (but I equally note the list price of FM Tomcats as being £135:eek:  )

I would imagine at those prices they are not produced in large numbers. I saw some at Duxford but dont think Ive ever seen any at any of the main diecast dealers.

Oh dear! What was wrong with it? Not a problem for me though as the Corgi one is quite satisfactory....infact one of the hounds best castings imho.

The cab area was completely wrong, and I mean very very wrong. At well over £100 for the privilage I thought the bloke was taking the proverbial!!
To be fair though, some of the other models are quite good, but I wouldn't ever part with that kind of money for any model.
