As there seem to be many Mosquito enthusiasts on this forum ( ahem ! ;) ) just thought I'd mention that the Mosquito Museum reopens this week after the winter break.
Although the website says it's open during the week and on Saturdays, you'll find that Sunday is the best day to visit ( helpers being thin on the ground at other times ).
There's the prototype Mossie ( under restoration ), a complete B.35 and the well-under-restoration FBVI ( the only one in Europe ! ). Plus plenty of vacuum cleaners ( sorry- jets...) and even stuff for civils enthusiasts.
It's a working museum so you can get upclose to the restoration work, engines, cockpits, etc - none of this no-photography-and-don't step-over-this-line stuff
