Very nice Agent, but shouldn't it have 'PAN AM' on both wings, like the Aeroclassics and, ah hem, the Corgi version?

Gawd knows.. there seems to be so many Pan Am variations... and whist I may lay claim to being an enthusiast.. I havent bought the blue anorak yet.. but their box art does show it....
Anyway.. glad you can see it.. these models are just too small... :D
Presume therefore the Corgi Pan am is one of yours..? :D :D :D

YES SIR!!!! Interesting why you think your model is too small, as from the photos the level of detail is so good, you would never guess what scale it was? Apart from the missing 'PAN AM' wing lettering, I can't see any difference between this and the Corgi 1/144th one!

Yep, the QANTAS 707 is one of mine also! Glad you recognise the attention to detail ;)

Because to me the airliners were something I could never replicate as a 'modeller' and therefore the Corgi ones do have a presence about them.. The 1/400'ths.. yes it does sat Clipper Ann McKim on the fuselage.. I cant blo*dy see it... the wheels are just too fiddly... old age perhaps..
Whilst yer there.. ask em to do something about keeping the undercart in on the 1/144ths.. .. keeps falling out... :D

As you can see, space is now at a premium, so all those 707s you see at the front of the cabinet are Aeroclassics and Gemini Jets 1/400th scale, which give me just as much pleasure at 1/144th due to their accuracy and quality. Size ISN'T everything

Albert, very nice pics. Always a treat to see your display cabinet. But the question of the day is....considering you have what appears to be 26.78 models per cubic foot, do yer need a 1/400 hand to get in there and dust 'em? :D

Dc-8s and Convairs at the front of this shelf. What else do you recognise?

I think this calls for a celebratory round of Newcastle Brown Ale.....these are the very first photographs of Agent's models we've been allowed to see! :D

Well, Bob, you know I have a hand in everything, but the whole idea of keeping them in a glass cabinet, is so they don't need dusting!

Aha! I see the Corgi prototype models for their 2006 releases of the BAC 1-11, Vickers Vanguard, Fokker F-27, what I think is a Bristol 170 (can't tell if it's a B), a Trident, but I ain't a'seein' that there 1/144 VC10..... :D

9/10 for recognition Bob, that F27 is a Handley Page Herald! Everything else is correct, well done!

Quantas taking off from Baldock International, with a Pan Am one, (well you wouldnt know that cos its not written on the wings...) awaiting its turn... and a play with Picture Publisher.. :D

And another thing, Albert; I see a Shagbat in your first photo. Corgi prototype for the 1/144 model to accompany their 1/144 Catalina?
Oops, this is Agent's civil thread, sorry. But, I can adjust. How about a Supermarine Walrus in civilian livery? G-AHFO Snark or G-AHFL Boojum, or G-AHFM Moby Dick in bright Whaling Yellow with natural metal undersurfaces? :D
(...and if Agent absolutely has to have a military 'bat, give 'im a French one... ;) )

Nice piccies Agent, You bought a box brownie then?
That 707 looks particularly nice. wouldnt worry 'bout the pan am on the wings, still looks fine to me.
Qantas is nice, but still feel TWA best for overall appearance, despite underdeveloped tail aerial. (stunted at birth) :)

IF ONLY THAT WERE TRUE, I'D BUY ANOTHER CABINET, THEN I'D JUST HAVE THE PROBLEM OF FITING IT IN AN OVERCROWDED ROOM, ON SECOND THOUGHTS I WON'T BUY ANOTHER CABINET :D :D

Why would you want 'QUANTAS' written on the wings? What does QUANTAS stand for??? :(

Think there's no 'U' - it's Qantas 'Queensland and Northern Territories air service'. :)

Think there's no 'U' - it's Qantas 'Queensland and Northern Territories air service'. :)
Here's the sequence of events as I perceive them:
1. CFBC sells Agent a dodgy keyboard.
2. Agent mistakenly types a "U" in QANTAS as a result.
3. Albert calls Agent on this score and picks his nit.
4. BTY has a bit of a larf, sorry. Can't take life too seriously. :D
Officially it's "Queensland and Northern Territory Aerial Service".
