hey i want to see what yall have in your collection of corgi showcase and btw does anyone know if thay still sell thease in stores?

The first of these appearing about six or seven years ago kick started me into buying die-cast planes. I only have a couple of Lancasters now but those little Spitfires were great.

Corgi is still in the Showcase market so you should be able to find them Derek. I always said they did a better job of the Showcase Spitfire and P-51D casting than they did the 1/72 AA models! Never liked the dark tinted canopies though.

I have a fair number of Showcase aircraft and tanks, including 2 B-17s (one Nose Art), a B-24 (my only 8th Air Force Liberator!), Vulcan, B-52, Robin Olds Phantom, Yeager's Mustang, a Lancaster, a Corsair, a C-47, Desert Storm F-16, Nose Art Tomcat and US Navy Phantom, Red Arrows Hawk, Mosquito, 2 A-10s, a B-1B, a Huey, a MASH Bell 47 and the Top Gun set of four. The only ones I've seen lately have been the Vulcan (one camo, one white), a couple of Spitfires and Lancasters, a Hurricane, Wessex, Harrier, Red Arrows Hawk, Eurofighter Typhoon and, rather randomly, an F-16.

May I suggest (again) why not a Nimrod MR.2 and/ or a Hawker Hunter in Showcase/ Collection/ Fit The Box? - Also would love to see a re-release of the Corgi Collection miniature RAF Sentry, I think 2005 was when it appeared. I got the VC-10 Tanker from the same collection but couldn't get the RAF Sentry..........
