As part of my gap filler program, I just received a 1:48th scale kit-make ( Classic airframes ) of a Fiat CR.42 "Falco" completed in a ground attacker scheme via eBay. It's a very nice made model and I thought I'd share pictures. The first shot is an upper side/frontal view:

Nice one Ed. Did you have to do much to make it presentable?

Thanks, guys. To ZS' question, I had virtually nothing to change on this one----just the navigation lights needed painting.

Very nice:) The CR42 really is a great looking fighter. Wish Corgi would take the plunge and make one - it would be good to give their nice little Gladiator something to play with; Plus it has the added bonus of being flown in a wide variety of colour schemes.
