After a very nice Sunday morning drive throughout the Lincolnshire countryside, we happened to see the US Navy near the Coast of Skeggy on practice drop..... ;)

Although the sun was out, it was very breezy for them lads to practice.... :D

Not very often you see them around here!!

Nice pics.. see you're getting maximum use out of that 'grass on a roll'! :p you should've chucked it in the bath to see if it floats.. Now i've got my 2 vietnam helos out on display I may be tempted down the rotary route - pity the SAR Seaking is an 'expensive' one..

CFBC,

Which bus did they borrow those windshield wipers from?

My favorite pictures are the first and last ones you posted. The first looks great with the rotor effect, and the last- the one with the open door- looks dramatic.

Nice photos- I bet they looked a lot better before you had to reduce them in size and such.

Very nice...

Them Yankees been covering themselves in plastic, though. ;) ;)

Like G-Force, I'd like to know where you got the grass from, though. :)

Morley,

The grass was bought from a local toyfair for around six pounds, just unroll it on the outseide table and snap away!! So simple.... Once finished, roll it up, stick an elastic band around it and await the next photo shoot. :D

You can buy it online at several places too which I know the links are somewhere, but cannot find them at present. (Apologies for not replying sooner, but I think I pm'd G/F before about it). :)

"Chink" is a very nice model....only 1600 of 'em....US release.....and a seller currently has 16 of them on the bay at bin of about £12  ........even I think this is ridiculously low....so much for lower runs keeping prices higher......obviously not many US collectors either....1600 and there's been tons of them over here.

I agree D/F Man.... Why so many over here has to be the leading question really.....

I think its a cracking model and there is a certain seller on ebay selling them for £10.99 BIN with £5 p&p. I mean its a total steal, just get one!

I bought mine from this seller just over a week ago for GBP12.99 and at auction end he only had 7 left, so he has got some more from somewhere.
