some time ago was discussing the KLU hippie retirement F-84 scheme on a thread with DUTCHIE
anyway remembered the website http://www.thunderstreaks.com/
mainly KLU and BAF pictures and info of its service with both nations
but some of other NATO operators and the thunderflash.
time for a diecast version.

Fantastic news zed550:D .... A Dutch Thunderstreak F-84 would be the best (and a Fokker D21) that could be put on the shelves:rolleyes: :D :)
Good job ZED starting up this thread...thanks:cool: d

A diecast F-84F (and RF-84F) should be pretty popular in Europe, virtually every European member of NATO operated it.
France had been the largest user after the USA, and French F-84F and RF-84F were the only ones to actually go to war in 1956 for the "Musketeer" operation.

Yes please, a fairly logical choice for a manufacturer with regard to schemes and maybe of interest to some UK collectors as they were based over here :)

Thunderstreak? Yes please.
My Dad was in Suez in 56 - he saw a French RF-84F flew right over him - doing a barrell roll :cool
