Absolutely these days . Up to about 2 years ago I had every model ever made but then began to run out of room . I also saw that prices were beginning to become very attractive against what I had paid for a lot of my models . I still wished to display my models ( but :wacko: in some cases never had enjoyed them as wanted to keep the value up ) . The answer of the last 2 years is buy a good one without a box for display and flog the minter . Its working rather well at the moment . :D ;)

It's more a question of whether you can get it home without damage, in the main, the aerial mast and associated bits... But as a puchase why not... You don't display the box.......

And it amazing what the box and certificate are worth !!! :rolleyes: :eek: :eek: Brought 1:32 QV-K , great condition , paid £ 48 delivered sold the minter for £ 162 . :wacko: :wacko:

Can be a problem , especially the gun covers .

All mine used to be in pristine boxes and when ive finished my long list of projects I would like to design and make my own box :D :D

Personally no, I wouldn't. I'm not fussed about a mint box, but it'd have to have one. My models are rotated from time to time, and not having a box to put the model in is a big headache.
