So, from Brooklands to Staines for a visit to CAM's off-airport shop.. I left empty-handed but they may have something for me next week.. :D on to Heathrow visitors centre and a visit to their shop, which is run by internet retailer ARD.. picked-up my 1/200 B727 there (see there is some diecast content to this thread!)... Saturday, up bright n early (well early anyway) and off to RAF Museum Hendon.. I had to hang around till it opened and when it did some parts weren't available to view due staff shortages.. :( most disapointed couldnt get to see the 'new' Graham White hangar site..and the lighting in the main buildings (and esp. the B of B hall) is still erm 'difficult' for photos.. but heres a few efforts anyway!

from Hendon to The Mosquito Museum.. however I was an hour and half too early and it wasnt open!! so plan B swung in to play and I popped in to the Shuttleworth Collection at Old Warden.. all the a/c were inside, so more 'challenging' lighting conditions! (get my excuses in early... :D )

Very nice photos, Neil, thanks for sharing. There is one which I can't seem to identify however much I page through my references.
What's this, then? :D

Ah yes, that one, with a face only a mother could love!! :D :p normally I'd recomend Mr Tricatus excellent site when seeking identification of a/c types, however you'd be waiting a long time for this one to appear there! unless of course you checked under the GT Models section.. :D :D
