A black bottom, cammo top Lancaster........what exciting new scheme will they think of next to make an exciting addition to the lines of Lancasters.
Its a nice enough Sunderland but not enough for this Belfast boy.

I'm not really interested in any more 1/144 Lancs, but I quite like the Sunderland and might pick one up if the price drops far enough. However, as there's so much in the new catalogue that I really, really want it might not get a look in.

I'll definitely have the Bill Reid VC Lanc. Will go nicely with the signed photo :)
Have to anyway since I have all the other wartime Lancs in 1/144.

Sunderland is a possible but not so the Lanc.
Was very surprised that the Bill Reid VC Lanc has not been done in 1/72. Maybe next year :D .

Saw the Lanc today being stuck in the display cabinet in model shop today. It is a very nice model however was put off by the £29.99 price.

When are the going to do a 1/72 Coastal Command Lanc. & Sunderland?

1/72 costal command lanc would be great. If corgi are considering more 1.72 lancs it should be done. Not sure how further they can take the 1.44th lancs most of the popular schemes have been done.

Seriously, The CC Lib, is Aldergrove based, CC B-17 is on my back door, makes sense to have a Catalina from Castle Archdale in 1/72. Then we can have a 1/72 Sunderland, also Castle Archdale based! See, makes perfect sense.
So that means Corgi probably won't do it, which probably means you'll be alright Minter.
