We are still waiting for the pictures from our Corgi contacts- in the meantime these give some idea of whats coming.
Once we get the shots through we will post up on the Web Site and advise accordingly.

As Agent has already said in another thread, it will be interesting to see if the undercarriage retracts in the correct sequence including the tail wheel. When is the Spit due out and is any one going to buy it?

When we were looking at the pictures sent to us, this one leapt out as I really love this scheme, but then I saw it was the Working Range.
Shame.
I really hope they do it in a 1/72nd normal AA - great scheme.

not for me i'm afraid.
think the working range is too much of an expensive toy.
will be having the 1/32 hurricane though (non-toy!)

Talking about making ure own noises.. While in Hendon's shop yesterday I saw a CD with the engine sounds on it.... About fourteen quid I think, but that would go down excellent with this all singing and dancing toy.... Sorry, collectable. :D

Sell you mine for about £13 :D Not too impressed with mine but might be better with a good sound system and the volume turned up full. :D

I've ordered the Spit...was hoping for a Hurricane version...have to wait until next year I suppose...an ME109 would be nice.
I happen to like the working range, the Dambuster Lanc, the Sentry and would like to see more of it. :D

Which one?
I've got:
aerosounds military aviation
aerosound II civil airliners
sonic booms- includes SR71, F4s, Tanks and trains.
Shuttleworth LP (vinyl) hear that merlin startup up in your living room. better quality than cd's
golden hour with variety of wwii planes and hitlers and churchill speeches.
and other sound effects records. even one with the sound of a sub for Agent!
Believe me the first aerosounds worth it for the Vulcan! Just close your eyes and takes you right back. :)
LOUD!!!!

I saw it, but not working, on the Corgi Heritage stand.
It's a bit too "gimmiky" for my liking, but each to his own.

The novelty does wear off, first time I saw I thought it was very well done, this is now the third time I have seen it, and well, no appeal at all.
As for it being a good standalone model, depends whether you want small metal connectors at the bottom of your model.

How small is small...?? well...... if it hits the price of the other Spits then it may get bought.. if it dont......... well it can stay in the Kennel... Make Tri's depiction easier though..

HI ALL,
I have the working range spit and actually think its quite cool. I have nnot seen no one mention that it is NOT RST but Brian lane. The Heritage have not changed it and neither has the person selling it on ebay.
