just a reminder to set the old video for wed 20th april bbc1 9pm -10pm for D-Day to Berlin usind dramatised reconstructions a bit like the dunkirk one a while ago. Seen some trailers and looks good, especially the Tiger firing up a sunken normandy lane. And the other good thing is that they are including british troops,NOT just Americans

Hopefully they used the worlds only working Tiger, which is at the The Tank Museum in Bovington (http://www.tiger-tank.com/). I saw it running last year and it is a beast!!! They most probaly used the converted T-34 'Tiger' from 'Saving private Ryan'.

dont know about that, but out of interest what ones did they use in saving private ryan?, and come to think of it a tiger they used was parked outside my local cinema, but dont know if it could move under its own steam as it was on a flat bed lorry
