Has this scale ever been discussed on here? I realise that the 1:48 range has been.
Used to see em around from time to time, but I understand they're no longer made.
Anyone have any? Were they any good?

I have a few, the sets with the helmets were very good!

Not seen any of those.I saw a few for sale at Duxford last month.I thought they looked ok.Any idea why they discontinued em? Were they an unpopular scale??

Yeah I don't think they sold that well, judging by the number that are still around, and they have not made them for at least 18 months I think, then that would explain the lack of sales.

I think also that they didn't come with undercarriage so you could only dispaly em flying. Maybe that didn't help their appeal? That said, however. Corgi legends are the opposite!!!

They didn't have any undercarriage, but overall they were nice little models and probably more accurate than many of the 1/48th offerings. They were much easier to display than the current range too, so why they discontinued them is a bit of a mystery.

Yeah you kinda echo my thoughts. Thing is they did do some planes that no one else has done like Hawk, F5, Mirage etc
