Any one got any of roy huxleys plates,superb artist,and if you dont mind plates then a cheaper way to put some planes on your wall,he did some great 1930s seaplanes which i would love to have. His Sunderland flying over St Michaels Mount is brill!

Aviation Artist, one of the better ones... claim to fame is a series of plates he did for one of these pottery houses....(raf types in the main..)... search on the net will no doubt bring up more information...

no not at the moment,only got the one ,tiffies over clifton suspension bridge, all of my other plates are turners,which are good dont get me wrong, but huxley has that style that really gets the detail in, not just the plane,but background etc, i think better than some leading artists , i wont name names but thats obviously a matter of opinion.

Everyone to their own. Turners' medium is different, I think Huxley is oils.. Turner is either gouache or acrylics... The most popular are never always 'the best' :D
