Had a bit of bother placing an order yesterday (Friday) via Jumblies website - everything seems fine until I try and confirm the order after inputting my payment details. Although I get an order confirmation email I then get "unable to connect" or "website not found" messages and I'm unable to get back on to their website for a while. When I finally have been able to log back in the order has not been showing in my account. Tried again with the same results so I don't know if I'm going to get one, two or no models.-unsure-
Just wondering if anybody else is having any problems placing orders or is it me? Placed several online orders with them in the past and never had any problems at all. I have emailed them to let them know the situation.
