Jumblies website problems?

Had a bit of bother placing an order yesterday (Friday) via Jumblies website - everything seems fine until I try and confirm the order after inputting my payment details. Although I get an order confirmation email I then get "unable to connect" or "website not found" messages and I'm unable to get back on to their website for a while. When I finally have been able to log back in the order has not been showing in my account. Tried again with the same results so I don't know if I'm going to get one, two or no models.-unsure-

Just wondering if anybody else is having any problems placing orders or is it me? Placed several online orders with them in the past and never had any problems at all. I have emailed them to let them know the situation.

without problem -they always send order status emails so if you have not had those doubt if you will be getting any models-what about checking with your credit card company/paypal account as applicable bearing inmind that Paypal issues an automated payment receipt. Think yopu need to phone Jumblies..................

Last time I ordered from Jumblies the site went through a phase of saying that I hadn't got cookies enabled etc when I had. Quick email sorted that out no problems (they fixed the site and emailed me back) so just email or ring them and they should solve it no problems
