Just noticed on Hawks site a Jan 2008 release of a RAF 601sqn Airacobra based at Duxford, could be my first P39 purchase.-smile

excellent - I was hoping for an RAF one somewhere in the P-39 releases. Looks like all 3 for me so far if they stay away from the black ink lines.

Many of us bought models from the (otherwise inferior) predators range when they were available due to our dislike of these lines -mad-

Indeed, the top sides look like they have not had the wash. Based on the pics thats a must have!

I wonder if it will sit as per the picture?

Dependent upon the panel lines I'm afraid, c'mon HM, let's have more models like KF183 (HA1522), you know it makes sense!

Should do....at the expense of the undercart being in the wrong place (too far back) as per the picture -sad-

Even so I would probably have one assuming no wash.

Even if there is a wash....as long as it isn't too heavy it won't show up too much on a camo scheme......and it's probably the only RAF P-39 we'll get......so despite not being a fan of the wash, I'll be getting one whatever.....
