RAF Magazine

I have just got hold of issue two of the new RAF colour magazine and wondered if anyone else has seen it?
Its aimed at getting the RAF across to young people, considering a careeer (Ha, ha, flaming ha!) with the forces.
In this esipode there are brilliant articles about the BoB, Foyles War, the Tornado F3, The Spitfire, and theres a period style centre spread of a cut away VB, plus bits on RAF Cosford and the new workshops.
Its about £3.20 a go, which I thought was quite good, and its not full of service crap, its fairly well balanced with loads of colour, and there is also a feature on 84 sqn and their new helicopters - for you chopper types!
Anyone had a gander? :)

Yep, I saw it. I might crack and buy a copy when I get desperate in between issues of Flypast and Aeroplane!! It looked quite interesting though.

I got the 1st issue, but then they were giving it away at the RAF stand at RIAT.....Along with some freshly cooked Crepes (demo by RAF catering corps) very nice they were too....

Yeah, seen it.. Not my cuppa tea, but I tell yer what I did see in Smiths today while acquiring the new Aeroplane was a Battle of Britain magazine issue 4.... Now, if I had got the other issues and it was not a fiver, well I may have been interested..... Looked like some good articles in it, but not that much though.... Large print....

I have seen it also. Just an arty RAF PR mag and no reference value for me I'm afraid. :(
