We had a number of aims and goals when setting this forum up, to make it a welcome place, to have good banter amongst the members, to stimulate Positive conversation, to make it open to ALL manufacturers of Diecast Aviation; to try and build a relationships with all said manufacturers and get them to participate in the forum, which in turn we hoped they would supply us with any news and exclusive, such as the Commissioned Models, the Pre-Production Pictures and the Announcements of forthcoming models which is developing and we are bringing to our members.
However it would appear that some Forum Members have taken it upon themselves to basically disregard what we have put a lot of our own time and effort,into trying to achieve, and now appear to have made it their “goal in life” to consistently flaunt the T&C’s , and only want to Goad a response out of the Moderators.
We would at this point like to remind all members of the following T&C’s which we believe are quite clear:-
Under The Heading Inappropriate Material
Commercial advertising, or the promotion of your own site ("spamming")
Posting any copy written material unless you own that copyright
Attempting to bypass the moderators
Posting irrelevant material (commonly referred to as "padding")
Posting links affiliated to other sites
Including images within your post that are not hosted on your own web space without the explicit permission of the web space owner
Under The Heading Copyright
You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless you own the copyright on that material
Under The Heading Complaints
If you disagree with any decision the team make, contact us privately where we will consider your complaint. You may not publicly question any decision, post any decision(s) or discuss any decision(s) we have made on the forum. The team reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread for any reason. This decision is final and no reason for deletion of posts or accounts should be expected
There are a small number of members who have been consistently disregarding not only one but many of the above – we have tried to approach this in a positive light and ask pleasantly for posts to be edited, or explain clearly why we have edited these posts, however they have not accepted any of the points already mentioned above and have just continued with their exploits.
We have therefore taken the decision that if this continues warnings will be issued, if it continues after that, their membership will be terminated.
We are sorry it has come to this, but we have made every effort to deal in a reasonable manner with the issue and as usual a small minority are spoiling it for the majority and causing the problems.
