:( Mr. Pilgrim,

Have you tried to resolve your problems with your trading partner? Your post as it stands is skating on thin ice and potentially liable to end up with both you and this Forum in serious trouble not least from the Data Protection authorities............

As Agent has said, if you paid by paypal report it to them.

Only had this problem once i.e paid seller but no goods. Paypal gave both parties a chance to have their say, no response from seller so they simply reversed the payment back into my account :)

He is the same T*** that ripped me earlier in the year:
Won a HM UH-1 from him, payed by paypal, he then returned saying his paypal not working, could I send a chq, which I sent, a week latter I asked if he had got the chq, he said no, so sent another, he then cashed both chqs, I mailed him, he said it was a mistake, model and refund had been sent..... Guess what nothing has ever turned up........ I left bad feedback on evilbay, and he came back saying I was being a bit harsh !! ( It was 9 weeks from first chq)

I tried mailing him, no response, ebay dosn't want to no, as it was a chq.

Crazy world we live in, you can get into bother for name and shaming that Thomas the Tanker, but you can't get anything done against somebody who steals and cons you........hey ho:LOL:

Exact same story with me luckily i sent a Visa cheque and they have put a flag on it regarding fraud. I tried all the usual avenues of recourse but since the user has cancelled their ebay account nothing more they can do. I gave the guy 3 weeks before lodging a complaint in ebay thats probably more than most.

I have changed some details to protect the guilty. I think it must be some teenager living with his parents and as soon as they start getting official court notices the **** will hit the fan.

What is so depressing with all of this, be it the non appearance of goods or the theft of copyright is the total lack of support you get from EBay..

What is so depressing with all of this, be it the non appearance of goods or the theft of copyright is the total lack of support you get from EBay..I agree. The complaint process is a joke. I've used it a couple of times & never got a response regarding specific questions. The "send it back at your cost" policy usually costs more than it's worth.......I do enjoy the original post w/the "perps" living quarters pinpointed:LOL: :p
