Wanted- Hobbymaster F4 Phantom.

Hello All,

I know this may be a long shot but you never know unless you ask.

I need some help tracking down a Hobbymaster F4 Phantom HA1901 Steve Ritchie, 555th TFS, Vietnam, 1972.

If anybody knows where I can get my hands on one or if somebody has a spare one please could you let me know.

Say's they are stock, but worth phoning first!

Everywhere else I have looked is a no no... A couple of sites in the US have them, but obviously addional postage...

Hello Max Reheat I have sent you a PM back.

I'm still on the trail for this one. As the exchange is poor at the moment it would be a bit too expensive to buy from over the pond and plus from reading on another thread it could be a disaster if it arrives damaged in the post.

I know one will turn up in the UK and from doing some research I've heard that this Phantom has got the wrong shade of green :D . So if anybody wants to get rid of their inaccurate model please let me know. :D

Thanks for your help with this one I have just phoned them up and placed my order at last I got one. I can't wait for next week now I will be interrogating the postman everyday now until it finally arrives.

Popped home for my lunch break today to find the Phantom waiting for me. I only just had enough time to place the landing gear and a test flight before heading back to work but I'm very pleased I managed to get hold of one for my collection.

Thanks to everyone who has been looking and helping me find one I'm very grateful that I have got access to a very helpful and friendly forum. :D :D
