I am also glad to see that Corgi now have both types of rocket to put on future releases.

Its impossible to say but it looks a little darker than the HM Beaufighter, however accurate that is (and I still love mine). It's an interesting model and better than I thought it would be be.
Having unpacked mine this evening I would now totally agree . It is much better than I had first feared . Yes probably is still a little light but out of the 5 aircraft I own from different manufacturers that are meant to have this colour I would rate this one second , amazingly that IXO Beaufighter is still the best in this dept . as well !! I have photographed it next to John Youngs Print of the same Squadron . Apologies for my photography , fortunately I spend most of my time looking at my models and not photographs of them .

Agreed Mate, and well put Kev, i've managed to take a look at mine quite pleased all in all not spent much time on Her yet,!

the Blue is much taimer than i feared Phew, Cowlings are a mare,! but still think the yellow band is down to (Highlighted Code) and feel this would be correct and not a fault

Very Nice Print M8ty

Just saw it today in a model shop. Also must say it is much better than I had feared given earlier concerns. Might just be tempted.,...

One isuue I noted....said shop had two on display and one seemed to have a problem with alignment of markings etc. across the horizontal fuselage joint. Most noticeable with the roundel. Other model was perfect.

Perhaps something to check when buying/unpacking.
